This hand-cut analog collage was made as a gift for my father, a former Army Sergeant and lifelong rabble-rouser. Also a lover and restorer of classic cars. Here, a 1960 Chevrolet Imperial LeBaron is his getaway car, driving off into a generously blossoming sunset; (though his real favorite cars are Ford's Thunderbird and Lincoln's Continental.)

It wasn't easy making art for a motorcycle-riding, snake-tattooed, pool-shooting, truck-driving, cowboy carpenter hustler named Dad...but I think I pulled it off!
