My Mission:
I believe creative expression is a tool for maximizing human potential.
Whether with visual, musical, or language art, the goal of my work is to harness creativity and contemplation to cultivate peace, joy, connection and understanding.
As a workshop facilitator, writing coach and editor, I teach people how to use artistic their own innate creativity to guide their self-creation.
My degrees are in literature, education and psychology, and I have a professional background in neurotherapy.
